The Challenge
This nonprofit needed a marketer who can get the job done by working with many volunteers... "herding cats" could be a part of the job description. From setting up the ticketing system to emailing multiple lists with different messaging, marketing concerts for Oakland GMC is not for the faint of heart.
What We Did
By strategizing with the small but mighty PR/Marketing Committee, we were able to put butts in the seats that ultimately led to sold-out shows the first contracted year.
What We Achieved
Show after show, Sparq continues to provide social media marketing, email marketing, PR, attendance to committee meetings, web edits, print collateral, and mailing services. Most recently, Sparq and the PR/Marketing Committee is committed to putting more rigid systems in place with a new operational calendar, new brand assets, and a new website for the Oakland GMC's 20th anniversary.
