The Challenge
The initial strategy included enticing guests to attend a Grand Reopening to experience the brand identity change to Sanctuaire Spa, the French country oasis in downtown Lafayette.
What We Did
Sparq created an exclusive Sanctuaire Spa Passport so the guests at the Grand Repoening were transported to six wonderful Wellness + Beauty Destinations, received a special signature for each, and then claimed their Jan Marini Skincare gift as the Sanctuaire Spa Reward for the evening. Special branded tickets were created for the giveaways, new rack cards were designed, and the spa was staffed with helpful registration volunteers for the night.
What We Achieved
We exceeded our goal of more than 200 guests in attendance. They were given freebies by Sanctuaire, experienced hand rubs and chair massages, were educated about Jan Marini Skincare, and of course served wine and hors d'oeuvres until their
hearts were content. Sparq exceeded the spa owner's expectations.
Sparq currently will be executing more events in the future and has other plans to grow visibility in the community.
